糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵强化治疗的健康教育

摘　　要：对772例应用胰岛素泵强化治疗患者进行健康教育,采取小讲课、一对一口头和示范教育;按治疗时段分步进行胰岛素泵强化治疗前、装泵时、装泵后健康教育,主要内容包括正确认识胰岛素泵治疗的优势、纠正患者对胰岛素的认识误区、正确选择胰岛素、胰岛素的保存、合理选择胰岛素泵、正确掌握胰岛素泵的操作和故障处理、血糖监测的重要性、避免低血糖反应等。772例糖尿病强化治疗患者经健康教育后获得满意效果。diabetes patients with reinforced treatment by insulin pump received health education by using lecturing, one-to-one oral teaching and demonstration. The health education before, during and after the installation of pump, was performed according to treating intervals, its contents including correct recognition of the advantages of insulin pump, correction of their misunderstanding of insulin, right selection of insulin, proper storage of insulin, reasonable selection of insulin pump, correct understanding of the operation and trouble-shooting of insulin pump, avoidance of hypoglycemia. Health education contributed a lot to the satisfactory therapeutic effect of diabetes treatment.
