摘 要:目的探讨手术室无菌物品间管理新方法。方法应用五常法原理对手术室无菌物品间进行管理,要求人人按管理设计从形式化→行事化→习惯化推进,最后成为标准,并养成按标准自律的好习惯。结果实施五常法前后环境整理和查过期物耗时、找无菌物品时间经t检验,t值分别为31.59、14.31,P值均<0.001,有显著性差异;无菌物品过期重消量经字2检验,字2=6.54,P<0.01,有显著性差异。包装松散、穿孔、空缺从46件/月降至0。结论应用五常法进行手术室无菌物品间管理提高工作质量和效率,是值得推广的新方法。Objective To explore the new methods for managing aseptic storeroom in operation room. Methods The Five Routine Method was used to manage the aseptic storeroom in operation room. All nurses were required to abide by the managing design from formality, operation, habituation and standardization as well as to form a good habit of self-discipline. Results The t values of surrounding arrangement, time for checking expiry goods and time for finding aseptic stuff were 31.59 and 14.31 respectively by t test compared between before and after enforcement of Five Routine Method, showing significant difference (P<0.001). The repeated consumption of aseptic goods after the enforcement was significantly less than that before the enforcement by ?字2 test (?字2=6.54,P<0.01). The loose package, bearing open and absence of articles dropped from 46 to 0 items per month. Conclusion The application of the Five Routine Method for aseptic storeroom in operation room can provide the quality and efficacy. It is worth popularizing.
