摘　　要：信息化是图书馆发展过程中的一次重大转折,对图书馆的运行、管理、生存以及馆员的素养和观念产生了全方位冲击。文章对新时期图书馆工作与时俱进、择优汰劣、实现自身价值以及在动态管理中实现人的自我完善和全面发展等问题从哲学的视角进行了理性的审视。Informationization is a critical turn in the development of library, which has overall clash on library′s operation, management, existence and quality and notion of librarians. Rational consideration from the view of philosophy has been taken upon the library work, such as marching with the pace, selecting the good while eliminating the inferior, realization of value, achievement of self-improvement and whole development.
