摘　　要：通过引入价值工程理论,分析档案信息资源的功能、成本与价值的性质,给出三者之间的联系,提出了档案信息管理价值工程的框架,以求做好档案信息的开发和利用工作,使其产生最佳社会效益和经济效益。With the introduction of the theory of value engineering, analysis upon the nature of function, cost and value of archives information resources, and the relationships of the three, the article puts forward the frame of value engineering about the archives information management, intending to do better in exploitation and utilization of archives information for creating the most social and economic benefit.
