摘  要:研究了低碳铝镇静钢冷轧卷在94%N_2+6%H_2气氛下,罩式退火后增氮的存在形式及其对冲压性能的影响。分析结果表明,在总含氮量约70ppm,平均增氮量分别为16和29ppm 的钢中,固溶氮占总氮量的1/4,ALN 中的氮占3/4,此时钢板仍有较高的 r 值与 n 值。Investigation has been made in the existential form of Nitrogen permeated into AI killed low carbon cold—roiled steel sheet during batch annealing at an atmosphere of about 94%N_2 as well as 6%H_2and its effects on the drawing propereies.Analytical data for two sheet coils shows that in the steel that bears a total nitrogen of about 70ppm and average nitrogen enrichment of about 16 and 29ppm respectively the interstitial nitrogen accounts for 1/4 of the total nitrogen content,and the rest takes the form of ALN.Under these circumstances the two coils still have higher plastic strain ra- tior and work hardening inedxn.
