小型筒式磨煤机的自制与应用

摘　　要：依据筒式钢球磨煤机的工作原理,自行设计并组装了一台实验室用小型磨煤机.它具有成本低、操作简单方便、耗电少、运行可靠等优点.通过对磨制的煤粉细度测定,该磨煤机制粉效果满足试验要求.Based on the operating principle of Cylindrical Ball Mill, a bench scale ball mill was designed and manufactured. The ball mill has some merits such as low cost and power consumption, simple and reliable operation etc. The results of fineness test on coal grinding indicated that the ball mill is suitable for pulverized coal preparation in laboratory experiments.
