摘　　要：目的 观察鼻敏片对豚鼠变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜形态学的影响,证实其治疗作用。方法 以TDI为致敏原,对豚鼠行鼻内给药法建立鼻超敏反应模型。造模成功后随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别予鼻敏片和息斯敏进行处理,观察比较两组鼻黏膜形态学。结果 鼻敏片能抑制炎症细胞的聚集,促进鼻黏膜修复,对AR有明显治疗作用。结论 鼻敏片能有效治疗变应性鼻炎,且较息斯敏有疗效持久、无副作用等优点。Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of Bimin Tablets(BMT) on the histological changes of nasal mucosa of guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods TDI was used to prepare the AR model among guinea pigs at first. Then, the modeling animals were randomly divided into treating group(TG) treated with BMT and controlling group(CG) treated with hismanal. By the end of experimental period, samples of nasal mucosa were taken from all the animals for morphological observation and histological comparison among them. Results Compared with that of controls, samples taken from TGshowed significantly reduced infiltration of inflammatory cells in nasal mucosa and much improved process of tissue reparation, suggesting much better therapeutic effects of BMT on AR than that of hismanal. Conclusion BMT is effective for the treatment of AR with longer effective period lasted and little side effects.
