巴曲酶治疗突发性聋36例报告

摘　　要：目的 观察巴曲酶治疗突发性聋的效果。方法 1999-2003年收治的突发性聋157例,分为五组。其中36例予巴曲酶静脉点滴治疗(Ⅰ组),29例采用静脉点滴脉通+丹参(Ⅱ组),28例丹参+脑活素静脉点滴(Ⅲ组),30例脉通+川芎嗪+脑活素静脉点滴(Ⅳ组),34例罂粟碱+能量合剂静脉点滴(Ⅴ组)。结果 Ⅰ组治愈29例(80.55％),Ⅱ组治愈12例(41.38％),Ⅲ组治愈15例(53.57％),Ⅳ组治愈19例(63.33％),Ⅴ组治愈17例(50.00％)。结论 以巴曲酶为主的药物组合治疗突发性聋,疗效明显优于其它药物组合。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of batroxobin(BTXB) on sudden hearing Loss(SHL). Methods 157 patients with SHL were divided into 5 groups from 1999 to 2003,with 36 cases treated with BTXB as treating group(TG) ,and 29 cases treated with beniol and salvia miltiorrbiza(BSM) ,28 treated with salvia miltiorrbiza and cerebroprotein hydrolysate (SMCH),30 treated with beniol tetramethylpyrazine and cerebroprotein hydrolysate(BTCH) and 34 treated with dispamil and energy mixture (DEM) respectively as controls. Results The curative rates were 80. 55 (29/36)in TG,41. 38%(12/29) in BSM, 53. 57%(15/28) in SMCH, 63. 33%(19/30) in BTCH, and 50. 00% (17/34) in DEM respectively, with very sighificant differences among them. Conclusion The therapy composed of BTXB is superior to others in its therapeutic effects on SHL.
