摘　　要：在旅客"理性经济人"的理论假定下,从旅客的选择行为出发,探讨基于最小费用和最大效用的时间价值模型构建方法,并着重就两模型的标定方法做深入研究,针对模型标定过程中出现的方程退化现象和存在的困难,提出简化的模型和参数估计方法,并以甘陕运输通道为例,对旅客的行为时间价值进行模拟分析和计算。This paper discusses two modeling methods for analyzing the value of time for passenger travel by use of minimizing cost and maximizing utility,and the calibration methods.The authors bring forward a simplified model and the estimation method for its parameters to solve the problems arising from the parameter estimation.Practical application of the model to estimate the value of time is presented for passenger travel along the Gan-Shan corridor as an example.
