摘　　要：根据目前模拟集群移动通信系统的发展和现状,给出了一种在用户现有的系统和链路资源下实现漫游联网的方案。该方案的链路资源的应用在已开通的湖南省全省公安集群移动通信系统漫游联网中已经实现,充分体现了用户现有的资源利用,作到经济、实用和功能齐全,为模拟集群移动通信系统的漫游联网的实现提供了良好的理论基础和实现方法。Based on the development and situation of current analog trunking mobile communication system, this paper presents a roaming and interconnecting scheme on the basis of the system in existence and link resources. The link resources's application of this scheme has implemented in the provincial police trunking molile communication system's roaming interconnection of Hunan province, it fully shows the utilization of the current resources, can be economical, practical and in multiple function. This provides a good theoretical basis and implementation method for the implementation of analog trunking mobile communication system's roaming interconnection.
