摘　　要：目的探讨骨折术后合并深静脉血栓的临床特点和防治措施。方法抗凝治疗下肢深静脉血栓5例。结果5例经及时诊断和抗凝治疗后均获得好转。结论深静脉血栓具有隐蔽性临床征象,容易延误早期治疗。对高危患者应重点预防。围手术期采用3种预防方法能够显著减少深静脉血栓的发生率。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics, prevention and treatment of postoperative deep vein thrombosis following fracture. Methods 5 cases of deep vein thrombosis following fracture underwent anticoagulant therapy. Results The condition of the 5 patients greatly improved as a result of early diagnosis and treatment. Conclusions As deep vein thrombosis is difficult to diagnose because of its hidden symptoms, early cure is usually delayed. Prophylactic measures should be taken for patients with high risks of deep venous thrombosis. Deep venous thrombosis can be greatly decreased with 3 preventive measures in the perioperative period.
