摘 要:通过对我国电站锅炉炉墙振动事例的分析 ,认为炉墙振动主要由流体动力学、燃烧动力学、炉膛压力波动频率与声学固有频率共振、炉墙刚性不足等原因引起 ;对解决和改善不同原因造成的锅炉炉墙振动提出了建议和对策 ,其对防止此类问题的发生有一定的借鉴作用。Through analysis of furnace-wall vibration cases for utility boilers in China, it is considered that the furnace-wall vibration is mainly caused by fluid dynamics, combustion dynamics, resonance of furnace pressure fluctuation frequency with acoustics’ natural frequency, as well as insufficient rigidity of the furnace wall. And recommendations and countermeasures have been put forward for boilers’ furnace wall vibration resulting from different causes, having certain reference role for preventing problems of this kind from occurring.
