摘  要:基于流体机械的机械和流体流动两方面特性 ,通过对电站典型流体机械的机械、非稳态流动等故障的特征分析 ,提取流体机械多参数特征中的奇异性特征和非稳态流动特征。通过对 4 73No8D风机的试验研究 ,应用小波分析导出其定性和定量的奇异性特征。此外 ,基于非稳态流动的变频特性 ,分析并给出了多参数的非稳态流动特征 ,为流体机械故障诊断的多参数特征提供了依据。Based on characteristics of fluid machinery in two aspects, namely mechanical feature and fluid flow, the strangeness and unstable flow charachteristics have been extracted from mutiple parameter characteristics of the fluid machinery through analysis of mechanical and unstable flow faults for typical fluid machinery in power plants. Based on experimental study on a 4-43 type ventilator, the qualitative and quantitative strangeness characteristics have been deduced by using wavelet analysis. On the basis of frequency varying character of unstable flow, multiple parameter unstable flow characteristics have been analysed and given, providing basis for multiple parameter characteristics for fault diagnosis of the fluid machinery.
