摘  要:增设排汽回收系统可以减少间断供汽对锅炉的影响,而减温减压器是该系统的关键设备,文章介绍了它的结构及原理,以及在万匹马力蒸汽动力装置上模拟大扰动工况所进行的实验。实验结果表明,实验工况的变化趋势与实际工况基本相符,可以作为理论分析的可靠依据。In order to minish the great influence to the boiler caused by step-changed steam supply, a steam exhaust system was constructed. The pressure reducer and attemperator is the key device in the system. In this dissertation, the stucture character of the pressure reducer and attemperator was introduced, What's more, using tem thousand horsepower steam power plant to simulate the reality condition, experiments was carried out to study the operating process of the pressure reducer and attemperator. According to the experiment results, we can conclude that the exhaust condition in the experiment is similar to that of the aircraft carrier's, and that it can be used to simulate the ejection condition, and that the experiments can be used as foundations to study and analyze other corresponding problems.
