摘 要:以有效提高宽带码分多址系统容量为目的,通过理论推导的方法,得出传统双速率系统与干扰对消双速率系统的容量极限。并运用MonteCarlo积分,对理论结果进行了数值分析,得到了上述两系统在不同的扩频比、数据速率差异和用户分布范围的情况下的系统容量对比。结果表明,应用差异功率控制的串行干扰对消宽带码分多址系统明显优于传统系统。Wideband CDMA (code-division multiple-access) allows flexible multimedia communications but its capacity is restricted by multiple access interference (MAI). Uplink successive interference cancellation (SIC) schemes based on controlled power-disparities take advantage of the inherent difference of the received powers in such systems to effectively mitigate the MAI and improve the capacity of wideband CDMA systems. In this paper, the uplink capacity of multirate CDMA with a SIC scheme is compared with the conventional single user detection system. Numerical results are given for different processing gains, for various ratios between different rates and for various user coverage rates in a dual-rate system. The analyses and results show that the SIC system provides a large capacity gain compared with the conventional system in all cases.
