摘  要:目的 观察深海鱼类提取物角燕胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法从海洋大型软骨鱼角燕的有效部位中制备得到角燕胶囊,用0.043,0.087,0.26g·kg-1剂量的角燕胶囊给小鼠灌胃30d,观察其对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果 在0.087g·kg-1和0.26g·kg-1剂量,角燕胶囊能显著提高小鼠的血清溶血素含量、增加脾细胞的溶血空斑数、明显增强小鼠的碳廓清能力、促进小鼠的迟发型超敏反应、促进ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力、提高NK细胞的杀伤活性及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。结论 角燕胶囊能明显调节机体的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能,促进NK细胞的杀伤活性及巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。Aim To study the effects of Mobula capsules on immune function in mice. Methods Mobula capsules were prepared from sea fish-Mobula. Its effects on immune system in mice were studied by the detections of T lymphocyte proliferation,the activities of NK cells and macrophage, the clearance of charcoal particle, DTH, PFC, and the serum hemolysins level after 30 d nutrition of Mobula capsules at doses of 0. 043,0. 087,0. 26g·kg-1. ResultsThe proliferation of spleen T lymphocytes, the activity of NK cells, the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage , the clearance of charcoal particle, the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) , the plague-forming cell(PFC) and the serum hemolysins in mice were significantly increased at doses of 0. 087g·kg-1 and 0. 260g·kg-1 (P<0.05), respectively. ConclusionThe results showed that Mobula capsules have an obvious effect on improving immune function.
