摘　　要：成人脱产学生由于生源构成复杂,年龄差异大,文化基础水平参差不齐,因此在教育与管理上有一定特殊性、复杂性。只有从成人学生实际出发,针对学生的心理特点进行适当引导,科学进行管理,才能达到教育和管理目标。As a result complexity of the students catch,difference in ages,and knowledge,full-time adult student's education and management have particularity and complexity to a certain extent. As long as we practically aim at student's mental characteristics to guide them properly and manage scientifically. We can achieve the goal of education and management.
