摘 要:介绍了汽轮机组热力性能试验通用分析软件的组成 ,给出了汽轮机加热器的通用计算模型 .采用了矩阵热平衡方程对汽轮机通用热力系统进行计算 ,该矩阵方程能够对包括辅助汽水系统、给水泵焓升以及外热量等情况的各种热力系统进行通用描述 .确定了湿蒸汽参数的计算方法 ,分析了热耗率的不同概念及使用状况 ,认为制造厂通常使用的热耗率定义并不能充分说明机组的热力性能 .根据ASMEPTC6汽轮机性能试验规程 ,对汽轮机组热力计算的数据进行分析处理 ,并以 12 5MW机组的数据进行了软件验算 .The composition on General Analysis Software of Steam Turbine Thermal Performance Tests is introduced, and general calculation model of heater for steam turbine is given. Matrix thermal balance equation was used calculate general thermodynamic systems of steam turbine, the equation can describe all kinds of thermodynamic system including auxiliary steam water system, feedwater enthalpy increase for pump and outer heat. Calculation methods of moist steam parameters were also established. The different concepts of heat consumption was analyzed.The definition of heat consumption by manufactory could not explain fully thermal performance of steam turbine unit. In the software the data of steam turbine thermal performance tests were analyzed and processed according to Steam Turbine Thermal Performance Test Codes (ASME PTC6 1996). The software was verified based on a 125?MW unit parameters. The software has better general performance and engineering application.
