我国英文版科技期刊的现状分析

摘　　要：我国英文版科技期刊的数量增长及学科分布情况的统计结果表明 ,1990— 1992年为创刊的高峰期 (每年新创刊 16种 ) ,并且我国各学科英文版科技期刊的数量与我国SCI论文的产出数量并不呈比例关系。认为目前我国研究评价中的不良导向、期刊普遍较低的国际显示度和论文引用中的“马太效应” 。Statistics shows that the number of China's newly established English scientific journals reached a peak during 1990 to 1992, that is, there are 16 new journals occurred each year. Also, the number of China's English edition journals over each discipline is not correlated to the corresponding output of China's SCI articles. We think that lack of good quality papers, low international visibility and citation “Matthew effect' are main causes for the small communication role of China's English language journals.
