摘 要:调查了大庆油田本源菌的分布状态 ,进行了激活油藏本源微生物的研究。实验表明 ,水驱后和聚合物驱后的油藏中生长着好氧性烃氧化菌、厌氧或兼性厌氧的硫酸盐还原菌、石油烃降解菌、腐生菌、铁细菌、发酵菌、硫细菌、产乙酸盐菌、产甲烷菌、糖蜜菌、反硝化菌等 11种本源微生物。同时 ,水驱后的油藏中总菌数比聚合物驱后的油藏高 2个数量级 ,本源微生物之间的生长具有相关性 ,存在协同代谢作用 ,而且油藏经多年注水开发已经形成了较稳定的微生物菌群 ,适合采用激活本源微生物采油技术。Daqing oilfield has come into high water cut stage,with average water cut above 80%. In order to keep sustained development in the oilfield,a new enhanced oil recovery method is explored.Sampling from six oil production companies to investigate the distribution of source microbe and conduct a study of activating reservoir source microbe.Experiment shows that after water flooding and polymer flooding,there exist eleven types of source bacteria,such as aerobic hudrocarbonoxidizing bacteria,anaerobic or amphoteric anaerobic sulphate reducing bacteria, hydrocarbon-splitting microorganism, saprophytic bacteria,iron bacteria, fermentative bacteria,sulfurate bacteria,acetic acid bacteria (acidophilic bacteria), methanobacteria,treacle bacteria, denitrifying bacteria.After water flooding,total bacteria are two times to that of after polymer flooding.Growth of the source microbe has correlation and existing coordinated metabolism. Daqing oilfield is developed by water flooding for many years,stable microbe group has formed,so the reservoirs are suitable to adopt the activating source microbe recovery oil.
