摘　　要：对国有企业进行产权改革是当前我国国有企业走出困境的一条全新思路。本文作者试图通过对国有企业产权及其改革进行经济与法律分析 ,结合国有企业产权改革在实际操作中出现的一系列主要问题 。In this article, as it is a brand new way for the state-owned enterprises to carry out the property rights reform and the authors give a economic analysis of the property rights reform in the state-owned enterprises, and analyze some key issues in practice. As the result of the analysis, the authors give some advice on how to guide reform.
