摘　　要：我国作为大量吸收外资的发展中国家 ,有必要根据我国现阶段外商投资的情势 ,协调我国外资立法与TRIMS协议的矛盾 ,以改善我国的投资环境 。China, as a developing country needing to absorb much foreign capital, is necessary to readjust the contradictory relationship between the legislation for foreign investment and the TRIMS in light of the existent state of foreign investment for the purpose of improving the foreign investment environment in our country so as to introduce much foreign capital into China after its entry into the WTO.
