国产引进型300MW机组无旁路甩负荷试验研究

摘　　要：国产引进型300MW机组原型是西屋公司的产品,不配旁路系统,中压调节汽门不参加调节,只有全开全关两个位置。在机组按规定做调节系统动态特性甩负荷试验时,中压调节汽门开关次数将达50次左右,甚者导致调节汽门损坏危及机组安全运行,在仿真试验基础上,分析造成这种后果的原因是OPC超速保护系统本身的设计不合理。在仿真试验基础上,对OPC超速保护系统的逻辑回路重新进行整定,从而有效控制甩负荷过程中最高飞升转速和中压调节汽门开关振荡次数,经过现场两台机组的试验,2001年益阳电厂在国内首次完成国产引进型300 MW无旁路机组的调节系统甩负荷动态特性试验,为国产引进型300 MW机组选择无旁路系统提供了依据。The original of the introduced home-made 300 MW unit is the product of WH company.It contains only two switches of 'all-on' and 'all-off' and middle-pressure adjusting steam valve that does not participate in the adjustment.No bypass system is contained in it.In the load dump test on the unit for identifying the dynamical characters of the adjust system following the regulation,the times of switching between 'on' to 'off' state of the switches of middle-pressure adjusting steam valve will reach to about 50. The worst will lead to the damage of the adjusting steam valve,which is critical to the safe running of the unit.On the base of emulating test,we found the reason for this bad result was the improper design of the OPC overspeed protection system itself.By our reset of the logic circuit of the OPC overspeed protection system in the emulating test,the maximum rotating speed and the vibration times of the middle-pressure adjusting steam valve were effectively controlled.After actual test of two units, Yiyang Electrical Power Plant completed at the first time in China the load dump dynamic character test in the introduced home-made 300 MW unit without bypass system.This test will provide the support for the selection of the introduced home-made 300 MW unit which does not include bypass system.
