摘　　要：陕西高校哲学社会科学的研究与学科建设近年来有了长足的发展 ,但总体实力仍然不强 ,与自然科学相比有较大的差距 ,应通过观念创新、理论创新、制度创新和方法创新 。The research and discipline construction of philosophy and the social science of hither education institutions located in Shaanxi Province developed quickly in recent years. However, its strength is not strong yet, and there is significant difference with the natural science. The paper recommends that it should promote the development of philosophy and the social science in higher education institutions by idea innovation, theory innovation, system innovation, and methodology innovation.
