摘　　要：从科研管理的角度 ,论述了当前科研管理信息化建设中存在的一些问题及需要改进的地方。指出应该着重从两方面加强改进 :一方面 ,从硬件条件上加强信息工具、技术水平建设 ,为管理信息化建设创造基本条件 ;另一方面 ,加强环境建设 ,从管理理念上加强改进 ,为科研工作创造宽松、开放的环境 。This article describes issues involved in information construction from the viewpoint of scientific research management ,ponits out that we must take some measures to advance it from two aspects: On one hand, we should strengthen hardware construction to create basic condition for information construction from improving information equipment and technology level ;On the other hand, We should strengthen environmental construction to create a loose and open environment for scientific research ,from improving the theory of management These measures will be helpful for driving the development of science and technology
