摘　　要：小型矿山是我国矿业和地方经济的重要组成部分 ,发展小矿符合我国国情、矿情。当前对于促进城镇化和解决农村剩余劳动力具有特殊意义。改革开放以来 ,全国各地扶持、发展、管理小矿 ;完善矿产资源法对促进小矿发展有积极作用 ;认真落实科学发展观 ,求真务实 ,客观评价小矿发展中的是非功过 ,地位作用 ,提出促进小型矿业全面、协调。As an important component of mining and local economy,developing small mines coincides with the national conditions and mining conditions in China,and it also has special meaning in advancing urbanization and settling surplus labor in rural area. Since 1980's,small mines have been supported,developed and managed everywhere in China. To perfect the law of mineral resources has positive action on promoting the development of small mines. According to the scientific concept of development,the rights and wrongs in the development of small mines should be assessed objectively. The suggestion of developing small mines roundly, harmoniously and sustainably is offered in this paper.
