摘　　要：耕地被占用的严重性、不合理性多年来有目共睹 ,耕地的流失正呈加速增长之势。从表面上看 ,商业用地的经济效益是工业用地的数倍 ,是农业用地的近百倍 ,但是 ,作为国民经济基础的农业 ,因耕地的过度减少 ,不仅会影响到自身的发展 ,还将影响到其他各业的发展。It is obvious that the tillable field is taken up seriously and unreasonably. The loss of tillable field is increasing. Seemingly,the economic benefit of the field using in commerce place is several times of using in industry and near hundred times of using in agriculture. However,agriculture is the foundation of national economy. The excessive reduction of tillable field not only affects its own development,bus also affects the development of other trades. The negative influence on economic development from loss of tillable field is discussed in this paper.
