摘　　要：国外对酸性天然气藏开发管理方面成功的关键在于协调石油企业和社区的关系。这种管理模式 ,对我国油气开采工业 ,尤其是对酸性天然气藏开采管理很有借鉴作用。本文对我国石油企业处理油田与地方关系方面提出建议。A management example of a foreign company developing acid gas reservoir successfully is presented. Making the petroleum companies get along well with the local inhabitants is the key. This kind of management model is worth to be learned by the petroleum development industry of our country,especially the management of developing acid gas reservoir. Some pieces of advice about our petroleum companies how to get along well with the local inhabitants are presented in this paper.
