摘  要:根据油田游梁式抽油机的负载特性,基于反时限滞后算法设计了抽油机节能控制器,利用该控制器可以调节电动机的工作特性,随负载的变化而变化,使工作特性与负载特性相匹配,达到最佳节能目的。同时,在电机控制电路中,采用一个中间继电器和两个高分断空气自动开关构成了断相保护电路,使节能电机运行更加可靠。According to the load characteristic of beam-pumping unit, an energy saving controller of beam-pumping unit based on inverse-time-lag algorithm is designed. Using the controller, the working characteristics of motor can vary with the change of load, which makes working characteristics match with the load one. Consequently the best aim of energy saving is abtained. At the same time, in the motor control circuit, an auxiliary relay and two air auto-switches are bulit to form phase-failure protection circuit, which can lead the energy saving motor more reliable in operating.
