摘 要:天津港埠三公司7、8泊位卸驳码头于1987年竣工后,因码头前沿线平均向河位移50~60mm,一直不能验收及交付使用。1992年天津港建设公司委托天津港研所,在不损坏码头构件的情况下,做现场整体载荷试验。寻求、探讨和验证已发生较大位移的7、8泊位运行两台M_(10-25)型门机的可能性。通过对码头构件的现状检测、轮压测定沉降位移的观测,及横梁应力和应变测定分析认为:7、8泊位卸驳码头上两台M_(10-25)型门机正常作业,q<10kN/m^2,对修复后的码头构件均无异常变化,属正常运转状态。The quay at Berths No. 7 and No. 8 of the Third Stevedoring Company of Tianjin Port was completed in 1987 but could not be accepted and handed over to the client to put it into operation because of the averagely 50mm-60mm displacement of the quay front towards the sea. Tianjin Port Engineering Institute was asked by Tainjin Port Construction Company in 1992 to carry out,without damaging the quay structure,in-situmonolithic static-loading test to find out and verify if it is possible to have two M10-25 gantry cranes operating on the quay at Berths No. 7 and No. 8 which had already been displaced. After the survey of existing quay structures, determination of the wheel loads, observation of the settlement, and displacement and determination of the stress and strain of the girders, it is considered,after the anislysis of various data, that, the two M10-25 gantry cranes operate normally on the quay at berths No. 7 and No. 8,Q<10kN/m2, and render no abnormal effect on the quay structure after the quay is repaired.
