摘　　要：嵌岩灌注桩的施工关键是凿岩,本文结合烟台——威海公路跨海大桥桥墩基础和大连20万吨船坞码头桩的嵌岩灌注桩工程施工,介绍了凿岩直径大,提升力高,移动方便,造价低廉的凿岩冲孔设备的设计和应用情况。该设备可多台同时作业,适应多种复杂地质条件,并在以上两项工程中发挥了独特作用。Rock drilling is the key part of the construction of bored rock socket piles. Based on the requirements for the construction of bored rock socket piles for the Yantai-Weihai Sea-crossing bridge and the 200,000 dwt dock in Dalian,an impact rock drilling machine was designed,which is ableto drill large diameter bores with a high lifting for-cce. The designed rock drillers,with their low cost,can work simultaneously and are very manoeuvrable and suitable for various complex geological conditions. The impact rock drillers described in the paper have given particular play to the two projects.
