摘 要:齿槽转矩是永磁电机研究的重要内容之一。在实际生产中,由于偏心,不同程度的存在气隙不均匀的情况,势必影响气隙磁场分布,进而影响齿槽转矩的大小。该文基于能量法和傅立叶变换,给出了齿槽转矩的定性解析表达式,研究了转子静态偏心对永磁电机齿槽转矩的影响。研究表明:偏心对极数和槽数组合满足特定条件的电机的齿槽转矩的大小和分布影响较大,对不满足该特定条件的影响很小。最后文中给出了相应的判断标准,并利用有限元法进行了验证。Cogging torque is one of the important issues for permanent magnet motors. Actually, air gap is asymmetrical because of eccentricity, which results in the altering of magnitude and distributing of cogging torque. To study the effect of eccentricity on cogging torque, energy method and Fourier transform method are used to obtain the expression of cogging torque, and the effect of asymmetry on cogging torque is studied on the basis of the expression. So far, there is no such study published in literature. The result shows eccentricity has effect on the magnitude of the permanent magnet motors the combinations of poles and slots of which satisfy some conditions. In the end, the corresponding judgment standards are given and the conclusions are validated by finite element method.
