常温体外循环在高龄冠状动脉旁路搭桥术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的　总结常温体外循环方法及转流经验。方法　回顾分析 2 0例老年患者常温体外循环下冠状动脉旁路搭桥术。结果　温度自然下降 ,体外循环时间平均 72min ,主动脉阻断时间平均 4 0min ,全部自动复跳。结论　常温缩短了体外循环时间 ,转流过程中维持有效灌注压对脏器复苏及术后血流动力学平稳具有积极作用。Objective To summarize the clinical use and experience of normothemic cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB). Methods Data of normothemic CPB procedures in 20 aged patients of CABG were analyzed retrospectively. Results Temperature of all patients decreased naturally. The CPB time was 72 minutes and aortic clamping time was 40 minutes,spontaneous defibrillation occurred. Conclusion Normothemic CPB can be performed successfully under proper procedures.Time is shortened.Keeping effective perfusion pressure during CPB has positive effects on the resuscitation of organs and the stabilization of hemodynamics after operation.
