摘　　要：产权理论和超产权理论是用来指导我国国有企业改革的两个理论体系,在国有企业改革中,不仅要引入产权理论来推进改革进程,而且应当注意竞争机制在国有企业改革中的作用。只有推进产权改革,才能积极发挥市场竞争机制的作用。Property right theory and beyond-property right theory are two theory systems used to direct the reform of our country's state-owned enterprises.During the reform of state-owned enterprise,we should not only introduce property right theory to promote the course of reform,but should pay attention to the function of competing mechanism in the reform of state-owned enterprises.Only when the property right reform is promoted,can the function of market competing mechanism actively bring into play.
