摘　　要：二十一世纪 ,随着计算机在图书馆的广泛使用 ,图书馆的数字网络化建设也发展到了一个新时期。本文阐述了 2 1世纪图书馆在社会发展中的角色变化。In the century,along with the extensive use of computers use in libraries,the digital network construction of library has developed to a new phase.This paper discusses the role changes in libraries in social development in the 21st century.
