摘　　要：中部地区小康社会建设 ,既要充分利用其承东启西、纵贯南北的区位优势和重要的战略机遇加快发展 ,又要加大结构调整力度 ,加快工业化和城镇化进程 ,注重制度创新与推进市场化改革 。China's Central area constructing well-off society in full scale needs to make full use of its location advantage and the important strategic opportunity.At the same time,the realization of the blueprint for constructing China's central area well-off society in full scale can be ensured by strengthening the efforts of structure adjustment,expediting industrialization and urbanization,paying attention to innovating systems and advancing market reform,raising the level of opening to the outside world and continuously optimizing the environment of development.
