摘 要:采用间歇批次实验的方法研究了极大螺旋藻作为吸附剂去除溶液中铅的可行性 ,以及天然及预处理的藻粉对铅离子的吸附作用和各种操作条件对铅离子吸附的影响。结果表明 ,pH值对吸附的影响较大 ,吸附量随 pH值的增高而增大 ,当 pH值为 5 5时吸附率最高。铅吸附的前 30min为快速吸附阶段 ,6 0min吸附即达平衡状态 ,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程。单位藻重的铅吸附量随藻生物量的增加而降低 ,预处理生物量的吸附率明显高于天然生物量的吸附率。4种解吸液中 ,0 1mol·L-1的硝酸解吸率最高。The feasibility of Spirulina maxima as adsorbent for lead removal from aqueous solution was investigated by interrupted batch mode.The lead adsorption was studied by using raw biomass and pretreated biomass of Spirulina maxima .The effects of operational conditions on lead adsorption were investigated.The adsorption capacities were solution pH dependent.As pH increased,the amount of lead adsorbed increased and the maximum adsorption was obtained at a solution pH of about 5 5.The adsorption rate of lead was very rapid during the initial stages of 30 minutes.The adsorption equilibrium was reached in 60 min.The adsorption isotherm fitted the Freundlich model.The amount of lead adsorbed of per gram biomass decreased with the increase of biomass.The lead removal ratio was even more in pretreated biomass over raw biomass.Among four desorbents studied,0 1 mol·L -1 nitric acid was the most effective lead desorbent.
