优良酿酒葡萄新品种NW196组培快繁研究

摘　　要：以野生毛葡萄远缘杂交种"NW196"为试材,进行组培快繁研究。结果表明:以1/2MS培养基附加6 BA1 0mg/L+IAA0 1mg/L、6 BA0 05mg/L+IAA1 0mg/L、IBA1 0mg/L+活性炭0 2mg/L分别较适宜对茎段腋芽的诱导、继代繁殖、继代繁殖、生根培养。用椰糠:塘泥=1:1作基质,组培苗假植成活率达98%以上。Wine grape variety 'NW196'(Europe wine grape×Local Vitis quinquangulanis Rehd.)was used as the tissue culture and rapid propagation material.The results showed:1/ 2MS medium with 6-BA 1.0mg/ L+IAA 0.1mg/ L,6-BA 0.05mg/ L+IAA 1.0mg/ L,IBA 1.0mg/ L+activated carbon 0.2mg/ L was appropriate to the inducing of axillary bud,subculture and rooting,respectively.The survival percentage of transplant was up to 98 % with the following medium component:coconut coir:pond soil=1∶1.
