摘　　要：　从一个简单的信息共享模型开始论述产业集群中企业之间的信息共享与合作创新行为.论文指出,在不考虑企业之间的合作创新行为时,企业之间没有激励让其他企业共享己方的科技信息资源,信息共享很难发生.当集群中的企业合作创新时,随着集群中创新环境的改善和集群规模的扩大,企业愿意提供更多的信息进行共享.This paper discusses the behaviors of information sharing and cooperative innovation between enterprises in industrial cluster beginning with a simple model of information sharing. The author points out that the corporation doesn't want to share technology information with other corporations when there is no cooperative innovation in industrial cluster. When enterprises innovate in science and technology together, they will share more information if the cluster's innovation condition is better and cluster's scale is larger.
