摘　　要：　企业活力评价是对企业进行多目标的综合评价.在评价过程中,评价信息的不确切和完全性,决定了评价系统的灰色性,以灰色系统理论为基础的灰色评价具有可行性.针对目前一般评价方法在各类灰色程度评价信息的利用上的缺陷,本文提出了基于多层次灰色理论的工业企业活力综合评价模型,使评价结果客观合理.Enterprise Dynamism Evaluation is a comprehensive Multiple-objective evaluation on enterprise's dynamism. The uncertainty and incompleteness of information available for evaluation determines the gray nature of the evaluation system, which makes gray systematic theory based gray evolution flexible. Against common flaws derived from the insufficient use of various gray degree evaluation information in currently used methods, multi-hierarchy gray theory based Comprehensive Industrial Enterprise Dynamism Evaluation model is put forth,which makes the results more objective and more reasonable.
