家蝇幼虫血淋巴对鸡免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：将100只1日龄雏鸡随机分为4组,用家蝇幼虫血淋巴按不同剂量给鸡灌服,用药一定时间后,对21,35,50日龄鸡分别随机抽取8只进行称重、颈静脉采血和剖杀,取脾脏、法氏囊进行称量,测定血淋巴对鸡体重及免疫器官的影响,并利用E 花环形成试验、鸡新城疫血凝抑制(ND HI)试验检测血淋巴对鸡的细胞免疫、体液免疫功能的影响.结果表明:血淋巴对鸡体重、脾脏、法氏囊重各组间差异均不显著.E 花环试验中21,35日龄各组间差异显著,50日龄各组间差异极显著;ND HI试验中21,35日龄各组间差异不显著,50日龄各组间差异极显著.说明家蝇幼虫血淋巴在增强鸡的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能方面具有明显的促进作用.100 chickens were divided into four groups at random and fed with house fly larve hemolymph in different dose.All chickens of each group were weighed at 21,35 and 50 days of age respectively.Chicken' blood was handed out from the neck vein and dissected.Erythrocyte rosettes test,DN-HI test and the comparation of the weights of the body,spleen and bursa were conducted to evaluate the effect of the fly larve on cell immunity,humour immunity and immune organ.The results indicated that there were no significant differences among the chickens of different days for the effects of the hemolymph on the weight of dody,spleen,bursa.But the difference was significant in erythrocyte rosettes rate at the 21 and 35 days of age,and was not significant in ND-HI test.There were very significant differences among the chickens of 50 days in age.The results showed that house fly larve hemolymph can significantly strengthen chicken's cell immunity and humour imunity.
