摘 要:比较了6种套袋材料与3种套袋时期及其组合处理对芒果果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同套袋材料对芒果单果重、果形指数影响不显著,对果实着色、光洁度及TSS(可溶性固形物)含量的影响不一致。无纺布袋套袋处理果面光洁、果实着色好,TSS含量比不套袋处理稍低。红色芒果的最佳套袋时间为第2次生理落果后大部分果实基本转色时;套袋过早,虽能促进果面光洁,但影响着色,并且降低了可溶性固形物的含量;套袋时间过晚,果面着色、鲜艳度较好,但不能有效改善外观品质。Experiments were conducted during 2002~2003 to investigate the effects of 3 bagging periods and 6 types of bags and its combinations on fruit quality of mango. The results revealed that the types of bags had no obvious effect on the individ ual fruit weight and the fruit shape index, but had different effect on colorati on, cleanliness and total soluble solids content of the fruit. The fruit covered with non-woven bags had better coloration, cleanliness and lower content of tot al soluble solids as compared with those without bagging. The optimum date of ba gging for Red Mango was when most of fruit began to change in color after the se cond physiological fruit abscission. Early bagging affected the coloration of fr uit and decreased the total soluble solids content, but improved the cleanliness . Late bagging resulted in better coloration and freshness but no effective impr ovement in the appearance of fruit.
