摘  要:探讨了水分胁迫处理后保水剂对秋植蔗的形态生理的影响。试验结果表明:保水剂能够提高土壤含水量;增加+1叶叶面积、株高、茎叶及根系干重;降低气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr);另外还可使蔗叶叶绿素含量增加,净光合速率(Pn)增强。A field trial on morphophysiological effect of water-retaining agent on potted sugarcane planted in autumn under water stress was conducted at the experimental base of South China University of Tropical Agriculture in 2001. The results demonstrated that the water-retaining agent improved the soil water content and increased plant height, leaf surface area and the dry matter weight of the root, stem and leaf, but decreased stomatal conductance and transpiration rate. The results also showed that the water-retaining agent enhanced chlorophyll content in leaf and net photosynthetic rate, and had better effect on the poor drought-resistant varieties.
