齿瓣石斛多倍体育种研究初报

摘　　要：采集云南野生齿瓣石斛(Dendyobiumdevonianum)果实,在种子无菌萌发和组培快繁的基础上,利用前期研究形成的试管苗,用倍性育种技术,在短期内培育出多倍体植株,阶段性实验结果显示,多倍体石斛在形态上、气孔直径上以及染色体数目上有明显的改变,此研究将为中国兰花育种开辟新的途径。The fruits of Dendyobium devornianum are used as the research materials. On the basis of seed in virto and organ in virto culture, using virto seedings and polyploid technology to breed the polyploid plants in short time, the result of preliminary study shows that the polyploid Dendybium plants have had great changes in the shape, the diameter of stoma and the number of chromosome, which provides a new method on the orchid breeding study.
