摘　　要：讨论了磁致伸缩效应的来源,介绍了稀土超磁致伸缩材料的特性和应用及目前的研究现状,重点评述了稀土超磁致伸缩材料的各种制备工艺和技术关键,介绍了"一步法"新工艺的特点,指出了今后的研究方向和工作重点。Basic principle of magnetostrictive effect has been discussed. A particular description of the properties, applications and recent development for the RE-GMM has been introduced. The different fabrication technology of RE-GMM, especially 'one-step' process, has been reviewed. Some suggestions for the development directions and further studies have been also mentioned.
