摘  要:目的探讨下肢长骨骨折后旋转畸形所导致的功能障碍及生物力学改变。方法回顾性分析1996年7月~2002年12月下肢长骨骨折后旋转畸形24例,其中股骨旋转畸形7例,胫骨旋转畸形17例。结果下肢旋转畸形得到部分或全部矫正熏术前旋转角度15°~43°,平均25.3°,矫正到术后0°~15°,平均9.2°,步态改善及肢体功能得到改善。结论下肢旋转畸形后,肢体的生物力学关系发生了明显的改变,旋转严重地影响到髋关节、膝关节的功能,对步态有明显的影响。Objective To study the dysfunction and biomechanical change of rotational deformity in long bone fracture of lower limb. Methods A retrospective study of 24 cases with rotational deformity due to long bone fracture of lower extremity treated by osteotomy during July 1996 to December 2002. Of these rotational deformities cases,7 cases were femur involved and 17 cases were tibia involved. Results All the cases were corrected partly or entirely. The preoperative rotation angles were 15°~ 43°(average 25.3°),and the postoperative rotation angles were 0°~19°(average 9.2°). The function of lower extremity and gait had been improved obviously. Conclusion In rotational deformity due to long bone fracture in lower extremity the biomechanical relations of lower limb are changed significantly which results in dysfunction of hip joint and knee joint,and obviously influences to gait.
