摘  要:目的探讨镍钛记忆合金网状支架在喉气管狭窄的治疗及颈段气管重建术中的作用。方法回顾分析6例喉气管狭窄病例用镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗及2例颈段气管肿瘤行气管切除术后用镍钛网状支架重建气管的临床资料。结果6例喉气管狭窄患者安放网状支架后,均呼吸畅顺,2例行颈段气管重建术的患者同样获良好疗效。随访1~18个月,呼吸道无狭窄征。近期有效率100%。结论镍钛记忆合金网状支架可使狭窄的喉气管迅速扩张,明显地改善呼吸困难,具有使用方便、见效快、疗效可靠的优点熏可作为喉气管狭窄的常规治疗手段之一熏在颈段气管重建术中也有独特的应用效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy mesh stent in treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stricture and reconstruction of cervical trachea. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients were analyzed. Six patients with laryngeal and tracheal stricture received the implantation of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy mesh stent,2 patients with cervical tracheal nesplasm were performed cervical reconstruction of cervical trachea with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy mesh stent after removal tracheal tumor. Results After implantation of Ni-Ti mesh,6 patients with laryngeal and tracheal stricture breathed smoothly and 2 patients with tumor of cervical trachea also had excellent results after the operation of cervical trachea reconstruction. All of these patients were followed up 1 to 18 months,the signs of stricture in respiratory tract were not found. The effective rate in short term was 100 %. Conclusion The implantation of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy mesh stent can expand laryngeal and tracheal stricture quickly,thus it can significantly improve the respiration. This technique is convenience, rapid effective and reliable. It can be applied as a routine approach in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stricture and is suitable for implanting to reconstruct cervical trachea.
