摘 要:分别采用转矩流变仪和毛细管流变仪,在相同的试验条件下,测定日本UBEC180、国产CQS911及兰化D1.3通信电缆用聚乙烯绝缘料在高剪切速卑下和低剪切速率下的流变行为,对比分析了进口和国产聚乙烯绝缘料的流动性和流动时发生形变的特性,以揭示进口料和国产料的加工性能,为国产料的适用性提供理论依据。In order to improve the mechanical properties and processability in high speed extrusion (800-1200 m/min)of polyethylene used for core insulation of communication cable, a new insulation, polyethylene CQS911 was developed by R&D station of polymer materials,CUST. The flow behaviour of the three Polyethylene[OQS911.D1. 3.UBEC180] were determined by means of Brabender and high pressure capillary rheometer(Rheograph2002). The experimetal results show that melt time at 190℃ are 58s, 150s, 171s, apparent viscosity at 102s-1are 1. 5×103Pa*s,1. 17×103Pa *s,1. 96×103Pa *s,and critical shear rate at 190℃ are 2×102s-1,5×10s-1. The melt flow characteristics of the polyethylene mentioned above indicated that the CQS911 has well processability in high speed extrusion than that of D1. 3 and UBEC180.
