摘 要:用DSC和TGA研究了高分子量聚苯硫醚(HMWPPS)在氮气中的热转变行为,并与中等分子量聚苯硫醚(MMWPPS)的热转变行为进行了比较。结果表明,HMWPPS具有比MMWPPS更高的玻璃化转变温度(T_8)、结晶温度(T_c)、熔点(T_m)和热分解温度(T_d)。进行热压淬火后,MMWPPS的T_m几乎未发生变化,而HMWPPS的T_m却发生了较大幅度的下降,但经过高温退火处理后又会上升。对此,本文用结晶度及结晶的完善与否进行了解释。The thermal transition behavior of high molecular weight polyphenylene sulfide, HMWPPS,has been studied under nitrogen atmosphere by DSC and TGA techniques. The obtained data were compared with that of moderate molecular weight polyphenylene sulfide, MMWPPS. The results shown that HMWPPS has higher glass transition, crystallization, melting (Tm) and decomposition temperatures than MMWPPS. After hot-pressing and quenching, the Tm of HMWPPS decreased considerably while the Tm of MMWPPS remained constant. Based on the fact that the Tm of quenched HMWPPS sample increased when annealed at high temperatures, the decreasing phenomenon of Tm was elucidated by the lower crysudlinity and imperfection of crystals.
