摘　　要：新一轮世界产业结构调整呈现出的一大特点是国际产业大规模向中国转移。中国在承接国际产业转移方面既有优势也有劣势。东中西部应抓住机遇,发挥不同优势,积极承接国际产业转移,推动区域产业结构升级与经济发展。The new round of world industry readjustment is featured by the mass transition of mass transition of manufacturing to China, while China's acceptance of such transition has its own advantages and disadvantages. The most important aspect for west and east regions lies in the taking of respective advantages and the promotion of regional industry upgrading and economic development.
